Endorsement

Once an applicant receives contact and approved membership with our organization, they will be required to display the NAMCCA logo of endorsement in the top right of every major page of their website. One of the most important features a member can receive with NAMCCA endorsement is the careful analysis and suggestion of continuing education credits or CEU's (continuing education units) that an individual course or exam could offer those with completion. Our survery administrators utilize a formula that compares the overall exam/course time with the official offline exam/course time. It also applies consideration with time for studying and preparation. Lastly, it determines the differences with time/credits/CEU's for certification or recertification as the latter typically requires less preparation based on prior knowledge and experience.

Periodically and with no set schedule, our staff will review each member website on a monthly basis to ensure that the course/exam details stay current with the initial areas by which they were accepted as a NAMCCA member. A NAMCCA representative may also enroll in the member's course/exam without notice to ensure the curriculum/exam continue to follow the core points by which they were accepted as a member of NAMCCA. After either or both of these procedures, the NAMCCA representative will then send a report to the member of what has taken place and the findings that were concluded. If a member fails either of these procedures, they will immediately lose endorsement and active membership with the North American Medical Certification Committee of Advisors.

If member website requires a change of content or image representation, the member must contact the NAMCCA representative who initially assisted creation of membership and provide details while awaiting acceptance from our staff. Once our staff member has reviewed and responded with approval, the member can then begin the revision and follow up once completed so that we may examine changes to deem acceptable. If a member fails to conduct any or all of these steps, they will be immediately removed from active membership and endorsement. They will then be required to remove our endorsement logo and all other mention of NAMCCA affiliation.
